Equipment
The spacious pool area of the villa invites you to relax with the typical Florida feeling. From May to June 2020, the pool area was renovated to a high standard and equipped with a large whirlpool. Our Cape Coral vacation villas are centrally located and in the immediate vicinity of many shopping and adventure options.
The lovingly designed outdoor area is particularly impressive on the 200 m² living space. The inviting and very spacious pool area of the house is the ideal place to enjoy – whether brunch, cocktails or simply sunbathing. You can swim a few laps and relax in the heated pool.
The villa’s furnishings and fittings are modern and have been selected with great attention to detail. The bright, beautiful room concept makes every guest’s heart beat faster. The spacious living room invites you to linger and is the focal point of the villa. The living area is equipped with an HD LED TV, an integrated home theater and German TV. The open kitchen is directly adjacent to the living area and is equipped with an exclusive granite worktop. The interior of the kitchen also leaves nothing to be desired.
In the pool area, you can admire the wonderful panorama. This area is equipped with a large dining table, a seating area and comfortable sun loungers.
You can round off the evening with a delicious barbecue. The seating area directly down by the canal also invites you to enjoy a drink. Naturally, the entire pool and terrace area is protected from unwanted insects by a screen across the entire width of the house.
If you would like to experience and explore Florida a few days before or after your stay in the house, you can also land in Orlando or Miami. Depending on the route chosen, both places are around 3 to 4 hours away by car.
If you want to travel easily from Germany, we recommend a direct flight from Düsseldorf to Fort Myers. The small, very well-kept airport is only a 30-minute drive from Cape Coral.
It is advisable to book the rental car directly from Germany. We ourselves have had very good experiences with the car rental company “Alamo”. Thanks to the convenient online check-in, you don’t have to queue at the counter for ages after a long flight and can go straight to the rental car.
