Cancellation conditions

100% refund of the total amount if the cancellation is made more than 30 days before the time of check-in.
50% refund of the total amount if the cancellation is made between 14 and 30 days before the time of check-in.
If the booking is canceled less than 14 days before arrival, the total amount is due.

Guidelines

Final cleaning	169,00 $
Electricity costs	3.50 $ per day including Any additional electricity costs will be charged at 0.15$/kWh on the day of departure
Taxes	Prices excluding 11.5% tax (5% tourist & 6.5% sales tax)
Security deposit	500,00 $  The deposit can be paid in cash on arrival and will be refunded on check-out if no damage is found.
Down payment	25% of the rental price on booking
Final payment	4 weeks before arrival
Payment options	Bank transfer, PayPal

You will be looked after on site by our German-speaking property management.

Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are only allowed with our permission. We also do not make the house available as a party or event location. Thank you for your understanding.
