We are happy to hear about your interest in a vacation in Florida - a sub-tropical area at the Gulf of Mexico; not far from the famous Everglades, the home of many different kinds of exotic birds and animals, and of course alligators - a flora and fauna that cannot be found elsewhere. Florida- also a paradise for golfers.

Our two luxurious villas “Coral Avenue” and “Skylark Court”, are located directly on a canal in the best area of Cape Coral, very close to the Yacht club with tennis courts, boat dock, out door food court with life music, and a white sandy beach. You can get there with your bicycle (provided for your convenience in both villas) in a matter of minutes.

Important to you is the quiet and secure location both villas offer. Nevertheless you have only a short way to many activities, restaurants, and shopping. The ocean is only a few minutes away by boat.

Both villas are luxuriously and tastefully decorated and feature a square footage of 14000, including a total living space of 2000 square feet. The extremely large patio with a large pool is of course facing west- the sunset side.

The villas are equipped with everything you can imagine. You don´t have to bring a lot and can go shopping at many of the nearby outlet malls, where you find many inexpensive brand name items.

A German- American couple will take care of all your special needs while you are here. They are looking forward to welcoming you.
